A NOTE FROM OUR CEO:

October has a way of reminding us to slow down and take stock of the people beside us, the growth behind us, and the opportunities still ahead. At EMS US, we focus on this through the stories shared between mentors and service members, in the career doors that have opened, and the sense of direction that comes from being seen and guided by someone who has been there.

Executives Mentoring Soldiers is built on people.
On those who choose to give their time, their experience, and their belief in others. Each conversation, introduction, and bit of advice all adds up to something bigger. Momentum that changes lives long after a mentorship ends.

As we continue to move through October, I just want to say thank you to every mentor who shows up without expectation, and to every service member who takes that next step with courage. You’re the reason this mission matters, and the reason it continues to grow.
