 A NOTE FROM OUR CEO:Recently, one of our mentors, Eric Loff, had the opportunity to meet his mentee, Ryan Leary, while traveling to San Diego. What began as a simple visit turned into a great experience. Eric enjoyed a personal tour aboard the ship where Ryan is stationed—a great reminder that mentorship goes far beyond calls and meetings. It’s about genuine connection. Encounters like this show how professional growth deepens when leadership becomes personal and the impact becomes lasting.
As the year begins to wind down, November reminds us that it’s not about how we started the year, it’s about how we finish. I believe that consistent action, not just intention, has driven our progress. Over the past ten months, many of you have dedicated yourselves to mentoring, learning, or leading in impactful ways. Now is the time to channel that growth, finish 2025 strong, and carry that momentum into 2026. As we prepare for the close of 2025, EMS US is aligning for even greater impact in the new year. We’re expanding our focus areas, refining our mentorship programs, and ensuring that every service member and spouse we work with is equipped to make a measurable difference, not only in their transitions and organizations, but in their lives.
