We recently had the opportunity to speak with servicemembers returning home from deployment. Moments like these serve as a powerful reminder that while deployments eventually end, the journey of service continues.

At EMS, we believe some of the most important transitions happen after the uniform comes off. Whether returning home from a deployment or preparing for a future career beyond military service, having guidance and support can make all the difference.

That mission is only possible because of our incredible mentor community. This month, we're excited to welcome five new mentors who have stepped forward to help the next generation of leaders navigate their transitions with confidence and purpose.

As we look ahead to next month's celebration of America's 250th Anniversary, we're reminded that service has always been about people investing in people. We are honored to play a small role in continuing that legacy.
