The pace at which we’re moving is not just impressive, it’s exciting. EMS US (Executives Mentoring Soldiers) is gaining momentum beyond what we projected, and it’s happening because of your commitment, your leadership, and your belief in our mission.

To our service members and spouses, you are the heart of our mission. Executives Mentoring Soldiers is about honoring your leadership during service and empowering your leadership in the civilian world. Your stories and feedback continue to drive our efforts in making this program something powerful.

Executive mentoring for our service members and spouses isn’t just your willingness to show up, guide, and walk alongside these leaders, we are changing lives. The feedback from our service members is all positive. The career trajectories we are influencing is undeniable: this is working.

We’re well ahead of the expectations we set. We are trying to build trust, confidence, for those transitioning from leadership during their service to leadership in the civilian world.

That kind of impact echoes far beyond one conversation or one connection.
