A single new connection can open doors or offer perspective you didn’t have before. 2. Refresh your LinkedIn profile Take 20 to 30 minutes to update your headline, experience, or skills. Think of your profile as a reflection of where you’re going, not just where you’ve been. 3. Ask for feedback Reach out to a trusted mentor, colleague, or friend and ask a simple question: “What do you see as my strengths?” You may be surprised by what others notice that you’ve overlooked. 4. Identify one skill to strengthen Choose one skill that would help you grow in your current role or prepare you for your next step. You don’t need to master it right away, just start building it intentionally. 5. Set one 90-day goal Pick one realistic career goal and break it into a first step you can take this week. Momentum builds when goals feel actionable, not overwhelming.
