A NOTE FROM OUR CEO:

As we move into spring, there’s a renewed sense of energy across the EMS community.

Our recent Women’s Event was a true highlight of the month. It was incredible to bring together such a strong group of leaders, mentors, and service members for meaningful conversation and connection. The engagement and shared experiences made it a tremendous success, and we’re grateful to everyone who helped make it happen.

Moments like these remind us of the power of community and the impact we can make together.

We’re excited to carry this momentum forward in the months ahead. Thank you for being a part of the mission.

Warm regards,

Corey M. Hayes

March Newsletter 2026

3/12/2026

Picture

A NOTE FROM OUR CEO:

March is a time to recognize and celebrate the incredible impact women make in our communities, workplaces, and families. During National Women’s History Month, we reflect on the leadership, resilience, and contributions of women across every industry. At EMS, we are grateful for the many women who serve as mentors, supporters, and leaders within our network. Their guidance helps shape the next chapter for the service members we support as they transition into civilian careers.

This month, we are also excited to welcome several new mentors to the EMS community. Each mentor brings valuable experience, insight, and a commitment to helping service members navigate their next mission beyond the military. Mentorship is at the heart of what we do, and we are grateful for those who choose to give their time and expertise to support our soldiers.

To our mentors, mentees, and supporters, thank you for continuing to strengthen this community. Your willingness to share knowledge, offer guidance, and open doors makes a lasting difference.

We look forward to continuing this important work together.

With appreciation,

Corey M. Hayes
CEO & Founder

February Newsletter 2026

2/10/2026

A NOTE FROM OUR CEO:

As we move further into the new year, February is a time to turn intention into action. The conversations we started in January are now taking shape, and we’re seeing strong momentum across the EMS US community.

Our continued work with Pinnacle Business Guide is already helping us refine processes and strengthen the foundation that supports our mentors and service members. Building a scalable, sustainable organization is not just about growth — it’s about ensuring we deliver meaningful impact with consistency and excellence.

What continues to inspire me most is the commitment of this network. Mentors investing their time and experience. Service members stepping forward to prepare for their next mission. Leaders choosing to give back. That shared dedication is what sets EMS US apart.

As we head into the months ahead, our focus remains clear: strengthen relationships, expand opportunities, and elevate the level of support we provide. The work we are doing together matters, and I am grateful for each of you who plays a role in this mission.

Thank you for being part of EMS US and for the leadership you bring to this community.

With appreciation,
Corey M. Hayes

A Message of Appreciation This Veterans Day

11/11/2025

Picture
Today, I pause not only as a Veteran who proudly served for 29 years, but as someone who continues to serve in a different way, through mentoring those who have worn the uniform and are now finding their next mission beyond it.

Veterans Day isn’t just a date on the calendar. It’s about those who raised their hand, the families who stood behind them, and the strength it takes to keep going no matter what’s asked of you. It reminds us that service doesn’t end when we take off the uniform. The leadership, resilience, and commitment we built carry forward into our families, our workplaces, and our communities.

Through Executive Mentoring Soldiers, I’ve seen firsthand how those same qualities continue to shape remarkable leaders across every industry beyond the military.

To every Veteran: EMS US thanks you and your families for your courage, sacrifice, and relentless commitment to serve. You’ve proven that service is more than a uniform; it’s a mindset that never ends.

You’ve earned every bit of respect this day represents.

A NOTE FROM OUR CEO:

Recently, one of our mentors, Eric Loff, had the opportunity to meet his mentee, Ryan Leary, while traveling to San Diego. What began as a simple visit turned into a great experience. Eric enjoyed a personal tour aboard the ship where Ryan is stationed—a great reminder that mentorship goes far beyond calls and meetings. It’s about genuine connection. Encounters like this show how professional growth deepens when leadership becomes personal and the impact becomes lasting.

October Newsletter

10/8/2025

Picture

A NOTE FROM OUR CEO:

October has a way of reminding us to slow down and take stock of the people beside us, the growth behind us, and the opportunities still ahead. At EMS US, we focus on this through the stories shared between mentors and service members, in the career doors that have opened, and the sense of direction that comes from being seen and guided by someone who has been there.

Executives Mentoring Soldiers is built on people.
On those who choose to give their time, their experience, and their belief in others. Each conversation, introduction, and bit of advice all adds up to something bigger. Momentum that changes lives long after a mentorship ends.

As we continue to move through October, I just want to say thank you to every mentor who shows up without expectation, and to every service member who takes that next step with courage. You’re the reason this mission matters, and the reason it continues to grow.

With gratitude,

Corey M. Hayes
CEO & Founder

A NOTE FROM OUR CEO:

At EMS US, we believe the impact of our mission can be seen not only in the stories we share, but in the numbers that back them up—and the numbers speak volumes.
